We are a Colorado State licensed DUI Education and Therapy Facility. We are a licensed alcohol and drug therapy facility. We can help with private therapy and group therapy and provide the support and tools that you need to succeed. LEVEL 2 ALCOHOL CLASSES ONLINE LEVEL 2 DUI CLASSES.

**After completing Level 2 Education, you may be required to attend Level 2 Therapy - Level 2 Online DUI Classes .
**Below is a chart detailing the requirements based on your offense and history.
TRACK A - BAC -.15, no prior offenses - 21 weeks = 42 hours
TRACK B - BAC - > .15 or Refusal - no prior offenses - 26 weeks = 52 hours
TRACK C - BAC - <.15 - 1 or more prior offenses - 34 weeks = 68 hours
TRACK D - BAC - > .15 or Refusal - 1 or more prior offenses - 43 weeks = 86 hours
TRACK F - 4 or more offenses in a lifetime - 18 months, 90 weeks, 180 hours

ATTENDANCE POLICY:
*Depending on what session you are in; we waive several no-show fees as a courtesy.
*A $20 no-show fee will be assessed for any absence thereafter, regardless of the reason for the absence.
*If you report an absence prior to group, you may receive an excused absence, however, an excused absence does not mean you will not receive a no-show fee.
*THREE (3) No-Shows in a row may be cause for dismissal from the program at the agency's discretion.
FOUR (4) No-Shows in a row REQUIRE discharge per DMV and/or Colorado State Law.
*Persistent poor attendance may be cause for dismissal from treatment at the agency’s discretion.
**If you have an affidavit of enrollment for the DMV, attendance is mandatory. Weekly attendance is reported to the DMV and non-compliance with attendance may cause revocation of your driver's license without warning.
*If discharged for persistent non-compliance with attendance, you may be prevented from reinstating your treatment with our agency.

Getting my DWAI was a frightening experience filled with a lot of tough questions and many steps in order to get my life back on track. Luckily, I signed up for my classes and therapy with ACSC. Mindy is an absolutely amazing therapist with a very open mind and tremendous experience and knowledge. The groups were well run and very helpful, informative and therapeutic. They really made me go from feeling afraid, lost and alone, to realizing that I am not the only person going through this ordeal and I truly did have support. Mindy and the group walked me through the entire process, from getting my license back, finding an interlock, discussing addiction and life issues, the court system, and ultimately becoming a better person. I can't thank Mindy enough for all her hard work and even taking her own personal time to come to the office so I could do UA's. Q: What should I bring to my first appointment?
A: Please provide via email, all of your court paperwork in order for us to properly evaluate your situation and get started on a successful plan for your individual situation. Your enrollment process is via video conferencing and digitally so you don't have to worry about coming to the office.
Q: What if I can't afford the class/group fees?
A: We will work with you on resources to help you with financial burden of your program to ensure you can get through this program successfully by easing the financial burden.
Q: Can I attend more than one class/group in a week so that I can complete my required hours faster?
A: Unfortunately, the State regulates the amount of classes/groups you can attend each week. Only one group per week and one program at a time, not to run congruently with other programs.
Q: What if I have to be absent?
A: We are understanding when someone has something come up and can't attend group. We require that you notify us in order to avoid a "no show" status in your attendance. The agency attendance policies will be reviewed with you at your intake meeting.
Q: Will my situation be held confidential?
A: We are legally held to all State and Federal Confidentiality laws and are very serious about maintaining those practices and ensuring our staff and clients also understand the importance of confidentiality. Everything discussed between us, stays between us!!
Q: What can I expect in a DUI class?
A: You can expect to achieve and experience self introspection and understanding about yourself and support in finding out how to improve yourself and your life during each dui class.
