Our Staff

Maria. Graves, LMSW, CADC, Program Director, has worked in the mental health and addiction treatment field for the past twenty-two years. She holds a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She is a Licensed Master Social Worker and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the State of Kansas. She was most recently employed at Women's Alcoholism Treatment Services (WATS) and speaks Spanish fluently.

Karell Burns, MHT, CADC, Addiction Counselor, has worked in the addiction treatment field since 1987. She completed training as a Mental Health Technician at the Wichita Area Technical and Vocational College, has attended Wichita State and Washburn University. She is a Mental Health Technician, a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and a Certified Victim Advocate in the State of Kansas. She was most recently employed at Women's Alcoholism Treatment Services (WATS) and Recovery Unlimited.

Debra Allen, Counselor In Training, Attends the Addiction Counseling Program at Butler County Community College and will graduate in December, 2006. She attended Grayson College and Perkins Theology in Texas. She was a Pastor in Texas for 2 years; a Foster Parent for 7 years; and was recently employed at DECCA-Women's Recovery Center.
